Shuttle Time is running Fridays during Term 1, 5.30-6.30pm, at the Otago Badminton Centre in St Kilda. Great for kids aged 5-13 who are starting out in badminton, first time players welcome, run by coaches and older Otago rep juniors.
Wednesday night competitive A grade is back! Starting this week Wed 19th Feb at the OBC, St Kilda. Just turn up on the night and put your name on the board, rsvp not required. $12 per adult for payment via HelloClub (you must be a HC member) or $15 via cash or bank transfer.
Thursday night adult social games are back! Starting this week on Thursday 13 February at the OBC, St Kilda. Just come on the night, no rsvp or ongoing commitment, $10. Wednesday night A grade will likely start next week Wednesday 19 February, details tbc. Monday night adult beginners will start March 10, details to come.
Until the end of February 2025 we are running off-peak court hire rates at all times at the OBC. If you are not a member but want to join up get started here – ![]()

On Sunday 19 January Badminton Otago is holding a Junior badminton open day 2 – 4pm. All abilities and new to badminton welcome, no cost or rsvp, just turn up, coaches will be there to answer all your questions about Term 1 junior badminton.
