OBA Working Bee

We are calling a working bee to tidy and prep the hall for the upcoming NZ Masters Games. I would like to see the areas under the seats vacuumed/swept, seats mopped/washed, stairwells swept/mopped, toilets/changing rooms, and lounge/kitchen cleaned. We would also like to give the front garden a good tidy up, removal of weeds and unsightly growth, including replacing the soil and replanting the garden bed to the right of the entrance.

The more volunteers the quicker we can get it all done, if you can help even for only part of the day it would be greatly appreciated.

Please bring some tools, vac’s, (extension lead would be handy), mops and buckets, rubber gloves, garden tools, spades, shovels, fork, rake, weed whacker (petrol). It would be especially handy if someone could bring a trailer and wheel barrow, there will be some garden waste to be removed, and we would like to collect some soil for the garden.
